This Privacy Statement explains our views and practices concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user of our website.

When you purchase a product from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us in order for us to fulfill and support the product that you purchase.

When you sign up for one of our training, the additional information you provide (certifications, experience, and address) become confidential client information and is stored according to industry standards and practices.

We only collect your name and email if you subscribe to our Newsletter.


With your permission and consent, we may send you via our newsletters informational content (i.e. blog posts, other series, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, etc.) and upcoming training and special events.

If you were signed-up for our newsletter prior to May of 2018 through one of our events or contacts, you might still be receiving our newsletter subscription automatically.  We invite you to withdraw from the subscription at any time if you wish to do so by clicking on an “unsubscribe” link which is offered at the bottom of every email we send.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, practitioners, or vendors. We will only disclose your personal information to law officers if expressly required by the law.


When you sign-up for one of our training or purchase one of our products, you will be billed by Paypal. Your general data (name and email) is stored through Paypal data storage, databases and the general Paypal application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Paypal invoicing is a direct payment gateway. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. At no point during the transaction does take custody or store your credit card information.


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us (for example Constant Contact, our newsletter service).

These providers have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for their services. We recommend you read their privacy policies if you have any questions regarding how they handle your personal information. We are working only with providers that abide by the current European privacy standards that came into effect in May 2018.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Additionally, when you click on outbound links on our site, those links will direct you to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

SECTION 7 – TRACKING does not currently use cookies on this site though we reserve the right to in the future (tracking cookies will be indicated to you when you open the site if they are activated).

We do track pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site.


By using this site, you represent that you are at least of the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.


We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
